Hi, I’m Laura, I was made in Murcia. 

After studying Sociology, I spent several years living in different countries, just trying to “survive”.

Three years ago, I chose to settle in Menorca to slow down and truly enjoy life. 

I currently work as an Account Manager in TravelTech, which allows me the freedom of remote work, and I also teach yoga, which helps me reconnect with my essence and share teachings that go beyond the physical practice.

Through my classes, I share the teachings of Hatha Yoga — an ancient wisdom and a path toward higher awareness, helping us unlock our inner potential and strengthen both body and mind.
